Message	Such a system is offerd by design engeneering: CryO2 Cryogenic Air Intake [ http://www.designengineering.com/products.asp?m=sp&pid=4 ] since a long time. I think it's more effectice to cool down the air at the IC with a CryO2 Intercooler Sprayer.
